Chase Community Giving is back
again and this summer we’re donating more than $5 million to
200 charities —
and empowering communities to help decide the winners! To expand upon the last
program, the Summer 2010 program is will include additional worthy 501(c)(3) charities
with annual expenses of less than $1 million.
Facebook users can vote for the charities they believe
deserve a portion of Chase’s philanthropy funds. Chase will grant the eligible
charity receiving the most votes $250,000, with the four runners-up receiving
$100,000 each. The remainder of eligible organizations with the most votes will
receive a $20,000 grant. Additionally, the Chase Community Giving Advisory
Board will distribute an additional $500,000 to the organizations of their
choice.
